Commitment of around 12 hours a week for at least 4 months, starting May 1st
Unpaid, but with perks

What we can offer

Exposure to three different small business in the wedding industry

Receive experience with large scale event planning
Opportunity to meet major media contacts and industry leaders

Responsibilities

Performing general administrative assistance (research, meeting coordination, gathering supplies for photoshoots, organizational projects), writing blog posts, completing design work, managing databases, working with the media to organize event publicity, as well as assisting at events during the weekends in the Omaha, Nebraska area

Ideal candidates

Excellent writing skills
Works hard in a casual environment
Has great organizational skills, reliable transportation, and a love of design
VERY detail oriented and precise
Lives in the Omaha/Lincoln area
Outgoing and creative
Punctual, efficient and adept at meeting deadlines
Proficient in all things Google Docs and WordPress
Must have a laptop
Experience in graphic design and Adobe products is a plus
Extra brownie points for experience with HTML and CSS
